Data Deletion

You can ask Keystone Mortgage (Keystone Luxe Real Estate LLC) to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — whether you contacted us through this website, our AI assistant, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone.
How to request deletion
- Email: send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
- WhatsApp: message us on +971585198501 with the word DELETE.
- Phone: call +971 585198501 and ask an advisor to delete your data.
Please include your name and the phone number or email address you used with us, so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, to make sure the request really comes from you.
What happens next
- We confirm that we have received your request within 3 working days.
- We delete your contact details, enquiry and eligibility answers, website chat conversations, our records of WhatsApp and social-media conversations, and call notes from our systems within 30 days.
- Copies in our backups are overwritten automatically within 14 days after that.
- We let you know by email or WhatsApp when the deletion is complete.
What we may need to keep
If you went ahead with a mortgage application, the law may require us to keep some records for a set period (for example, under anti-money-laundering rules). We keep only what is required, only for as long as required, and we tell you what we have kept and why. We may also keep a short note that you asked us not to contact you again, so that we respect your wishes.
Data held by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
Deleting your data with us does not remove the copy of your conversation that is stored in your own WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram account — those are controlled by Meta. You can delete a chat in the app at any time, and you can find out more in the WhatsApp Help Center and Facebook Help Center.
If you connected with us through a Facebook or Instagram app or lead form, you can also remove that connection in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, and then contact us as above to delete the data we received.
