These terms apply when you use keystonemortgage.ae (the "website") and the services of Keystone Mortgage, a trading name of Keystone Luxe Real Estate LLC, 4th Floor, RAG Tower, Al Barsha 1 ("Keystone", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our service

Keystone is a mortgage advisory service. We help you understand your options, compare lenders and prepare your application. We are not a bank or a lender and nothing on this website is an offer of credit. Every mortgage is subject to the lender's own approval, a property valuation and the regulations of the UAE Central Bank. We cannot guarantee that you will be approved, or the rate or terms a lender will offer.

Indicative information only

Our calculators, rates, eligibility results and the answers of our assistant are indicative estimates based on the information you give and on the UAE mortgage rules as we understand them. Rates and rules change, and lenders apply their own criteria. Please confirm everything with a Keystone advisor and your lender before you make any decision. Nothing on the website is financial, legal or tax advice for your particular situation.

Our AI assistant

The chat assistant is automated software, not a person. It can make mistakes and should not be relied on for any decision. Eligibility figures always come from our rules engine, and a human advisor will confirm your options before you apply. A member of our team may read the conversation and reply to you.

Fees

Our eligibility check and advisory service are free for you unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Fees charged by banks, the Dubai Land Department, valuers, trustee offices or other third parties are separate; your advisor will explain them before you commit.

Your responsibilities

• Give us information that is true, accurate and complete, and tell us if it changes.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and only for your own mortgage enquiries.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload, copy, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website, the assistant or our systems.
• Do not submit someone else's details without their permission.

How we contact you

When you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time — for WhatsApp, reply STOP. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and lenders' websites. We are not responsible for their content or their terms, and your use of them is governed by their own policies.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logo and software belong to Keystone Luxe Real Estate LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you may not copy, reuse or distribute them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, the calculators or the assistant, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
