• When you use our mortgage assistant: the answers you give (for example your goal, residency, employment type, age, income, monthly debts and property price), the indicative result we calculate, your contact details if you ask for a callback, and the conversation itself.
• Technical data: our servers log basic request information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and call or message you about your mortgage.
• To give you an indicative eligibility result and recommend suitable lenders.
• To improve our service and keep the website secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our AI assistant

The chat assistant is an AI, not a person. Your messages are processed by an AI service provider acting on our behalf to generate replies. A Keystone advisor can review the conversation to follow up with you. Results are indicative and are not an offer of credit.

Who we share it with

• Banks and lenders — only when you ask us to proceed with an application, and only the information needed for it.
• Service providers who host the website, store data, send messages or run the AI assistant for us, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Authorities — when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any application, and to meet our legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email us at the address below.
